With the Arrow deal about to through, BUL should receive a lot of interest. In my opinion, BUL will show strength as the broader investment community wake up to the fact that the industry is worth Billions of dollars. China and Korea (and others) are spending BIG on csg....it's only a matter of time before BUL joins the party....
