    While we are in the horse racing season, how do punters perceive BUL versus CTP in the race to realise fruits of their acreages?

    Apart from these two, who else in the early development stages would you expect to reward the punters first?

    Is it pipelines that are needed?, if so? is CTP just a little closer to the post?
