BUL is a waiting/ negotiating game. Market conditions got a bit loose earlier in the year when a govt study said Aussie was okay on gas. The opposite is the truth. As you can appreciate , Jeff and John know exactly what is happening. They know the market first hand.
Things are now tightening. And the market is beginning to understand that
Australia is short on Gas.
