    Oil has rallied strongly all of calendar year 2018
    In fact is has rallied since Feb 16 ($ 30 ) to $ 75 in Oct 18

    But look at BUL-----October last year was 14.5 cents and has now, 12 months later, halved in SP as Oil price has steadily built

    Kinda not logical
