To insulate from thieves, it’s probably an opportune time to spin off an exploration company for Buldania and other lithium prospects including the farm-in into OLY, allowing instantly a separate valuation of these assets and a standalone KV project.
The NewCo can be capitalised at $400-$500 million with
-$50m cash from Ltr
-$50m spin-off/ipo raise
-$300m-$400m ipo valuation of non-cash assets
Buldania is easily $1-$1.5 billion now. The NewCo shareholders who are currently LTR shareholders will realise substantial gains from uplift of valuation by the market
