The unrest etc may have unsettled the odd fund but its very unlikely to be taken seriously. This is the market and funds moving their money about. The Sov risk is not that big an issue. The share price appreciation this year tells the story. The biggest problem we all face is the unwinding of this leveraged market. Mozambique is a very good place to do business from what i have read. They just concluded an on site broker/fund visit over the weekend and you dont tend to take a whole pack of suits to places that are risky unless you a nutter. Riversdale management are very well versed in the mining of coal on the dark Continent and all is in good hands. Wish the market would settle down so people could focus more on the true fundamental value of stocks instead of moving index's.
