You should ask the debt holders.
Someone asked me about why i think 22c is the celling. I told him the same thing. debt holder will sell their shares if sp go over 20c when uranium price below 40.
The floating shares is not so much. these big player just can not exit on maket selling. they need a m&a and it is the only way for them to be out. They just dont like spp(which decrease the probability been taken over)and thats the only reason why share price at this level. I do not even care about the price goes to 1c or 5c. since I know it will not stay below 13c and not be over 20c for very long.
