I called NR today and asked this question. This is by no means an objective reason, but said there are 2 ATU representatives in Canada now working through the BSP. It will be hopefully approved H2 as previously announced.
He couldn't say yes, its approved, but said everything is moving in the right direction. We can take that any way we chose to I guess, some will see it as positive, and some will not. Definitely not an objective reason but I'm happy with the tone of the conversation we had. Also asked on why there has been no announcements of substance recently, and I believe there is a couple of good announcements pending, but they will get them 100% correct, so the ASX have no reason to pull them up, rather than release early and be questioned.
More importantly for me, he said nothing had changed in relation to the previous announcements, which is what I wanted to here.
