You are quite right enormous moves in the all time graph. 13 cents to $6.40, 12 cents to $3.00. PSA is now at 9.5 cents and looking again at the all time graph it is not too hard to see the next enormous target of $1.50. The market has totally given up on PSA. Stating the obvious getting Yemen working is the key to the next big move.
