Given we all go in over our heads, can we all step back out of the water. The approvals are core for a change in how we transport our oil ~ no more. The war is tied into this obviously. Some cheer successes in reading the war. Others q what is happening with the approvals given a war that may take awhile. Who cares. It only matters can the sp move. If you see value in this stock, back it. What's the point of dipping only the toe? By the way this share was at 10c not long ago and reached 20c. Something to like ~ something for everyone. Enjoy.
