some of the problems and covered extensively on other threads here were that performance rights were offered at prices below the share price at the time, and rubber stamped by the larger holders. Performance shares were supposed to be issued for much higher price - like $2, $3 etc, which still corresponds to a very small market cap btw, not at current prices or lower.
