What does history say about Fed rate cuts ?
If you look at history it all depends under what circumstances rates were cut ?
Emergency or Fast cuts or were they Slow cuts after a period where rates were raised to slow the economy down to decrease inflation ?
Here are some numbers for the S&P500 where cuts were made slowly.
