With the US cutting rates and China supporting it's markets now, market should go up. Usually at this time in the cycle in the past a problem usually caused markets to go down, that has not happened this time because the FED fixed multiple problems before they caused major issues so the markets are at ATH's and a reflation cycle is starting......many people will not accept this because of their biases.
