It's up to you about whether you buy a house or rent , whether you make money or lose . That's completely your call . I just thought that if you were pretty confident that house prices were going to fall as you appear to be , then why on earth would you buy one now ? Especially if you have investment experience behind you . That makes no sense to me .
That house vs car analogy is a bit of a shocker imo .
