    I wonder if it could be the case that Sydney is not going into a bubble but just joining forces with other major cities where property is out of reach for many young people and first home buyers. Maybe it transitioning to a place where the new norm will be to grow up with the expectation of being a tenant unless you want to move out of town and commute daily to be a homeowner. I know plenty of people in London, as an example, that have never even considered being property owners because that is just not the done thing for most people.
