What makes you so sure a house will be more valuable in 20 years? especially at a point in time when housing has never been so expensive. you are betting that after the market turns and finishes the downward cycle and starts up again that it will go higher than now?
I dont think housing in Australia has ever been this expensive in history? thought i could be wrong
