My personal observation on domain website. Some auction property is now listed for a price. A lot of for lease popping up in my area. I don't think it is a bubble or will bust. Most property can be rented out to cover the interest payments. If you can cover that you will not have to sell. Talk of bubble is overreacting most property buyer are not gamblers and most have done their maths. The only issue is the Chinese buyers are drying up that could trigger a small correction in price. My guess 10% in Sydney and 20% in other region.
