Inflation is just fine by me on a 20% deposit which is eventually paid off entirely in 25 years.
What's the value of the free cashflow forever at the 20-25 year point...yup, NO idea.

Someone is either expecting 20 years of deflation or doesn't understand property leverage to even just 2.5% inflation/ property growth (and 2.5% would be a poor investment, but I am always conservative so as not to overexcite the doomers)

Just too hard for many given the lack of real return first 5-7 years
