Because I wanted to invest, which is why I asked the question, which is why I physically went to view the tenement. I like most people, have FOMO from missing the initial boat with the Julimar Discovery, and went to view the tenement in the genuine hope that this could be the next big thing. I still hope it can, but can't see it based on the complexity and roadblocks it will most likely face.
