These life style properties you talk about are west of the Bull project and a good enough distance from the Bull project to not be effect by any exploration or mining ,the bulk of the Bull project and main targets is on old farm land that is not used for much anymore ,with little to no farm houses.
You were not looking at the tenement area ,you were looking at the life style properties west of the Bull project tenements main targets.
