    BDG has no relevance to MPO other than you invested in both.
    Secondly, there are no major shareholders of significance in MPO. The top 2 holders own less than 6% and I have my suspicions that one of them is a buyer and has been over the past month.
    BDG had substantial shareholders that were selling at the time that you refer to. MPO has none of them
