hey kevi, can you manage a chart for mdt?

appreciated weh you get the time.

IMO, it seems to be slow and steady, we are seeing healthy trading, and more longs sustain the higher values.

i think in terms of months, we are heading to 20+ c.

I think the sails are up, and its time to hold course for the return to more moderate levels that represent our PE and PB value, not the "oh fear, run for the hills, debt, debt, debt."

Sale rational, simple, assume 80% sale value of assets of 1.9 bill is 1.52, off the 1.68 debt gives us 160m debt residual, and an asset of properties not sold remainder 900m.

    Reborn MDT (80) has a total asset of 900m, debt 160, gearing 18%. NTA 740m or 78cps, div 900/2800x9=3cps.

Another look, MDT (70) has a total asset of 900m, debt 350,
    gearing 38%. NTA 550m or 58cps. same 3cps div.

It just depend on what discount is applied to the booked value of the 1.9 bill assets for sale, as to the new gearing we end up with.

But bottom line is we retain the 900m assets for earnigns, and at a 10% div yield for 3c div, would return a sp of 30c

While a book value closer to 1, would suggest twice that.

SO, IMO, 5x to 10x to come.

    cheers
