    Believe the lead manager gets about 170k with the rest on ASX,ASIC,Lawyers and other IPO related costs. Page 19 of prospectus breaks down the costs. In the scheme of things I wouldn't let this concern you if you like the sector and business. One of a few back door listings that has minimal shares on issue.
