I would disagree. If over the last year you purchased everyone of the Speculators tips on the Wednesday and sold when he sold, then the returns would be excellent. Surely not as good as the Speculator himself, but still far in excess of most tipsters. If you check out his hit rate it's quite astounding, notwithstanding some occassions when his followers can not react in the same time frame.

I read a post a while back that said they bought $10,000 of the nominated pick each Wednesday and sold on the Friday for around $1000 profit each time. Now if we could only get the info on the Tuesday...
