What's with your weird terminology? Who gets 'coached' to sue? What would a child know about his rights and what to do if he is being publicly shamed and slandered? If you found yourself in this situation I'm sure you would seek legal advice, and if your child likewise was in this situation, again you would seek legal advice - it would be your duty as a parent to protect your child. That's all that's happening here yet you, as usual, want to find only negatives in his story and will do your bit to protect poor Miranda Divine, who should really have just minded her own business in the first place.
