bullion bourse

I'd like to know if anyone has had any problems with Bullion Bourse.
 
I paid them A LOT OF AUD$  the week before last (2 weeks ago now), and ever since then, it has been one excuse after another as to why they were not able to send me the "goods" (I'm in NSW)  .
 
They said it was a banking problem with the US.
 
Even though they buy from the Perth Mint directly, " because all the trades have to be in $US, it means their foreign cash accounts, even though everyone is in Australia, are subject to the vagaries of the assholes beyond our borders."      Well, that's what they told me this afternoon.
 
I have bought from them in the past, and it has been OK.
 
Anyone else with recent positive or negative experience?
 
I would like to like them, as I am a likeable person myself. And by that,  I mean extremely likeable.
 
But I cannot deny my sisters deathwish on anyone that even begins to think they can pull the wool.
 
Is Bullion Bourse a WOOL PULLER?
