Been away from the screen today,but have just caught up on some light reading and the BRR interview. Not sure if this has been posted, but some his words on BRR, as far as I can tell are:
"the oil interests coming to Cityview will have a colossal impact..."
If I hear him right, The words of importance here are 'interests' and 'coming'.
No qualification at all.
Happy to be corrected.
