I'm with you Freehold. The volumes clearly support this. The recent move above 3c a week ago was on very strong volume with approx 200m changing hands above this level and with VWAP's in the high 3's to 4c. Then followed by lower volume rests. The second wave, whilst more impressive pricewise was on slightly lower volume which indicates further accumulation. The smart money doesn't want to let this run quite yet.
IMO Today’s retreat back to low 3’s is welcome in the short term. A bit more tree shaking with sellers continuing to dry up. For those game today provides a further opportunity to top up and should see ST traders re-enter. Wont take this much to commence it’s trek north again.
