G'day roadster, totally agree with the overpayment right on top of the cycle and a few companies were in the same boat here ... But in reference to my post a few days ago i was referring to people buying the stocks in this sector as many have been smashed an generally speaking most will come back to life again and believe we'll see some 5-10 baggers in the next 5 years.I won't go into full in depth analysis again but do believe vpg will be ok and hoping that everyone buying up stocks in all reits will reap the rewards very soon.
