The "gam" is a good word being used in this thread, that why more regular announcments are needed.

Otherwise , property sector is the worst hit in this resession but it will be the best performing once recovery is underway.

Your must form your opinion and stick to it until there is real evidence from announcments (not from opnions of every day market price which is mainly influenced by sentiments and no real facts). Otherwise how can you sencibly explain 20% rise and 30 % fall?

I am a firm beliver in recovery of propery sector , and inflation which is going to happen will HELP us all.


I only desire to have anouncment regularly (Qtrly) otherwise it is unpleasant experience wo see how market pricing it daily.
