Here's something to think about based on a daily high/low.
Have a look at the chart from mid July to now.
1. Could ARQ be getting ready to break out from a reverse head and shoulders? Usually very bullish when it happens.
2. MACD looks like it is improving.
3. Downtrend on RSI is close to being broken.
Maybe, just maybe a positive reversal is on the way.
The hugely negative posts here about ARQ, which basically have given up on the stock, - the nothing can make it move sort of posts - are also a bullish sign.
