To further clarify, lets say the average grade (excluding the bonanza stuff) is 5 g/t which is good, but not really special for underground mining which this will have to be given there is a bleeding town is sitting at its edge and they will never get approval to mine it (we all know that and that is no big deal to Drake & GMR due to the established shafts, much of the development is paid for already).

When we know all of this, we can later add the bonanza stuff in (once when we know how much is there) then the average grade should rocket North.

And dont forget to add the copper credits as well.

But will the average end up up at 8.0 g/t (very very good especially for a big orebody), 10 g/t or even higher?
