I agree with you in terms of finding that cup and handle, but we all see different things in charts. Think L first suggested something as a loose c&h.

The whole theory behind cup and handles is that it is the 2nd test of a significant high and successful break thru. So, am not just being pendantic but that's the whole point of those formations. So the left lip of a cup is a high which is not tested until the right lip, the handle involves another pullback until the high is tested agn and broken thru.

On a wkly I see 7/11/08 - 5/06/09 as cup and a shallow handle breaking resistance of $1.90 at 7/08/09.

Guess its a bit academic now, but its a good pattern if you can pick it up early enough, and you often see smaller versions of the pattern within the c's and h's on smaller time frames. BTW a great little stock.
