    CFR won't go any lower than 2.3c - news anytime on report and JV confirmation (investors will not want to be locked out, in case a TH is called anytime) plus the NSL crowd will be coming over (I have been converted)on Monday........

    The gap at 2.3 has been filled as we saw today and a nice close at 2.4c.
