In my opinion the SP has increased mainly because the market is expecting positive news from customers under the testing period plus the company is re-structuring in order to became cash neutral, there are good reasons out there to believe isn't a classic pumping. Upcoming share issue? It is possible but I would expect that NWZ would try to delay it as much as possible to try to catch up with the revenue.
