I'm guilty but this long haul mentality is irrational.
Take one amongst us who has over 2 million BOW shares (that has been published on this forum). Today on paper this holding dropped back $100,000 plus dollar (on paper). So how can this be a good result?
I've just made the same mistake with Bradken riding it up and now riding it back some 30% (very quickly).
Anyway like many others I remain locked in to BOW confident of a strong future especially with coal being on the nose. Having said that you should have seen the ships (yesterday) sitting off Terrigal/North Avoca waiting weeks to load coal.
Should BOW achieve just half of what some claim on this forum I'll be set, while others may trade up to a 2009 Subaru Forester (even if it has a funny shape).
Long haul is the way of the past.
