"I notice a lot more talk thses days is about yields etc.The reason for this,is because a lot of property bulls have realised that capital gains isnt going to be ,what it once was. I know what the response will be''I'm not in it for the capital gains''."
The reason for this is that the majority of capital gains obsessed property people are now all bears and those with other focuses still have a positive view for their strategy. And yes many of us aren't obsessed with the day to day capital movements - they will happen with time.
