Talking to some people who attending Boston Conference this week. Price action would suggest it was taken well.
the 2nd tier stores will roll out in time but their focus is Wal-Mart and Safeway. I was told 7/11, CVS, Walgreens all getting very good responses.
Just think about the enormity of Wal-Mart and getting it right there. 4300 stores, multiple buyers, merchandising, the supply chain.....and that's without discussing they are not currently in self serve, quick check out, off location, confectionary, bulk head, etc etc.
They know that if they get Wal-Mart right then all else will follow, thus they must concentrate their focus.
