I don't think the ASIC nor class actions have much affect. As for value of assets, the book value has been substantially written down despite the fact revenues have held up and property replacement/building costs(also components of commercial real estate appraisals) are not down or lower. There is a disconnnect between salability of RE, revenue and cost replacement that the market underestimates and the ultimate buyer of CNP will exploit. Blackstone or like company will clean this biz up....bold prediction, I realize but not unrealistic.
