Does not seem to matter what goes on offshore or how strong our economy is, how low inflation & interest rates are, our market just wants to go down. US goes up, we go down, US goes down, we go down.
Gold stocks are not a certainty either. My best bet is to try to go for good quality stocks (preferably mid caps) that are paying good dividends (if possible), with low PE ratios, good cash flow and trending up.
Sell puts on larger companies that are rebounding of a retracement but are generally stable or trending up if possible.
