Can you specify what y mean by significant legacy problems. I speak a lot to the comany and the analysts. I believe the legacy issue was the middle east contract and liquitidy.
Middle east contract will be finalised this quarter most likely. Upon resolution the company will get the remaining 50 million USD cash holdout payment. The new management restructured and delivered on the contract with the German excellence. Top marks!
The other issue was liquidity. It is resolved too. The company is net cash positive, has repaid most of its loans and the last loan payment is due in 2025. The business is generating operating cash flows and is growing strongly.
All legacy issues are resolved.
We are not aware of any share price overhang due to past management holdings.
