Well, some of us here were doing a bit of research on her firm and corporate entities last year (and it's in some of these threads going back about 5 months ago) we found that her London based firm specialises in corporate advisory work for early-stage resource companies in different parts of the world.

The firm had about it appeared around 3 to 5 deals on between about to be funded, funded or near exit stage.

We might be completely wrong in our research but there were articles about funding a small Canadian Lithium explorer and her firm was going to fund it at the same time it appeared they were selling down BEZ. it might be all co-incidence as we don't know for sure.

What we do know is her firm had a convertible note debt owing to them from BEZ which was converted at the IPO stage into CDIs and now they are selling this down and getting their money back so they can move onto the next corporate advisory deal.

If you look at her firm it appears just like most other early-stage explorers. Fund them to get to them up and running and collected interest or advisory fees and when it can stand up on its own sell down and move onto the next corporate that needs funding or advice.

They are not long-term investors. They are corporate advisory fee generators.
