The Final Director's Interest Notice on 27/12/2023 shows he had 1.5mil options with excercise prices of 25c, 30c, and 40c. So, obviously these options have not been exercised. 900k performance rights have not been converted into shares either as there is no asx ann so far.

Total 938454 cdi listed above was not registered under his name as highlighted in pink colour.

So it seems immediately after that Final Director's Interest Notice, throughout January 2024 John Seton has bought 3mil shares (cdi) under his name. Wow. This is interesting.
