People have risk tolerance and risk aversion.
Less risk and concerns being addressed is always a good thing and especially when people's money is involved.
Current concerns may be why this is still seen as high risk or "too good to be true" and still valued fairly low.

I believe once and only once concerns are alleviated will we see a meaningful and sustained increase in sp and valuation as more investors are willing to both buy shares and buy shares at a higher price.
I have personally brought once parcel of 50k shares and intended on buying another 50k-100k shares as I see both further payments received and management/communication concerns addressed.
