the below is the email I got when it first was announced. I have to look over the agreement but I’m quite sure that each payment has to be deposited into Besras account. I’ll double check today. Everybody should be emailing them and calling if that’s the case as we all invested under the understanding that the sums would be deposited into the account and not just a pledge to pay at some point whilst locking in the prices. Dear Corey I confirm that the funds are in the banking system, but have not yet been received. Our view was that disclosure of the contractual obligation for payment of the funds had occurred. Hence the announcement.
