Why do we need a CEO?
If the project manager is fulfilling his responsibilities and requirements, wouldn't that be enough?
Unless we as a group think we need someone to build our bussiness.
On the subject of capital expenditure, we all already know the transactional details, and have seen proof of payments, why do we need monthly updates?
Are we still needing to question Quantums integrity?
