Agreed. I have to rule out the other reason that she needs money desperately because if it is true, why has she been dragging this for nearly an year instead of block selling. When I inquired, Jim replied that they tried to cooperate her. Just revenge from a expelled director who sold shares on a day with 300 M USD fund confirmed and who then promised won't any sell any more shares but at the end of the day, she and Pangaea is a blatant liar in my eye. I am sure other stocks would mark Pangaea's behavior and will stay away from them.
