For the exercise let's say Pangaea has 10 million shares left today. At 16c that is $1.6m. A couple of good announcements - those 10m shares would be snapped up pretty quickly by Mr Market.

So one of two things is going on - both equally worrying for different reasons.

1. BEZ is withholding announcements so as to keep the share price low so Pangaea has to sell at low prices. As a big "Eff You" to Jocelyn. I get the motive but you end up treating the other 99.9% of shareholders as mugs to upset 1 person. OR:

2. BEZ is withholding announcements as they may have problems with the plant, or assays or hiring a CEO or something else material. The fact that Head Office is not responding to emails where previously they did quickly, staff commenting that things are "imminent" and they are not imminent or the $9.8m is on its way but not confirming receipt for 2 months. This is not the way to keep the market and shareholders informed.

it just doesn't pass the "pub test" in my opinion.

Then, who are those idiots buying nearly 60 M shares at average price nearing 16C for almost every week for the last 8-10 months? The buying is deliberate and regularly lined up at 14-15C.
