It is a long and enduring journey.
Looking back, it was a smart move by the board of directors to cut her off from the 10mil shares and 20mil options that was meant to be issued to her in exchange for 1802 NBG shares. Imagine if she had had her those extra shares and options, it would be devastating for shareholders to endure more pain and more waiting. Credit to QM and BEZ to terminate that agreement to purchase those NBG shares from her. BEZ ended up buying the same quantity of NBG shares for much lower sum of money from Gladioli for only $500k in CASH.
