I have received responses to my questions. I am satisfied with those but can't share them here.
Announcements are imminent but they have been for a while so let's see. There was a positive remark around this but can't elaborate as it will be deemed as unsubstantiated.
One thing I can say and what has concerned me is the perception that we are to receive $10 million USD a month. That is not correct. It's a drawdown facility to be used when funds are needed. At this point, possibly none or a partial amount will be drawn down as they have enough money to cover their needs for the time being. The market may see this as a negative if none or partial is drawn down in September or any given month in the future as it primarily thinks of things in terms of black and white.
To make it clear, I have no information on when and how much will be drawn but I am clarifying my understanding of the drawdown facility.
